The surgery team strive to provide patients with an effective and friendly service, if however you feel that the care or service you have received has not met these goals we need you to tell us so we can improve.
If you wish to raise an issue, please advise our Reception Team to ensure we can resolve matters together as quickly as possible. If a resolution is not possible at the time that it arises, please complete our Patient Complaint Form. This can then be emailed to us via email@example.com or returned to the Reception Team.
On receipt of your Complaint Form, our Complaints Officer will implement our Complaints Protocol, investigate further and communicate back to you.
If after this process you remain unhappy with the conclusion, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
